You reach our beautiful hometown Landsberg following the motorway A96 from Munich (Bavaria) for about 35 miles to the west. It is situated on the eastern and western banks of the river Lech. Well visible on the top of the town you can find our school. It is constructed on the remainings of a medieval castle. Before becoming a complete secondary school ( 5th to 9th form) in 1996 the building was used as a boarding school and afterwards as a vocational school. Beginning with the term 1999/2000 so called M-classes are established here. That means, pupils in these special classes are allowed to stay here up to form 10 to pass an intermediate school examination at its end. In a 5th and 6th form students with special needs are integrated.
